The Studio

In 2011, after 11 years of working with my old MacG4/MOTU Studio that I had recorded my previous two albums with, I decided to take a leap and upgrade my studio. It's amazing how far technology has come in the past decade. Instead of the bulky and noisy desktop mac G4 that I'd been using for years I decided to make a much more portable studio and go with a Dell XPS laptop running Reaper. As an interface I choose the new Focusrite Scarlett 18i6. I've also decided to move in a more virtual instrument way with Native Instrument's Komplete system.

I'm only getting started with this setup and have only recorded a few demo's so far, but this setup is what will make my next album and youtube demo's a reality.
